Bread Machine Brioche Bread

Rich, buttery, and wonderfully soft, this Bread Machine Brioche Bread gives you the classic flavor and tender texture of homemade brioche without all the hands-on work. It's a special loaf that feels indulgent but is surprisingly easy to make when you let the bread machine do the mixing, kneading, rising, and baking.
Brioche is an enriched bread, which means the dough contains ingredients such as butter and eggs that give it a richer flavor and softer texture than everyday white bread. The finished loaf is delicious on its own, toasted with butter or jam, or used to make some seriously good French toast.
