Ingredients
  

  • 1 C warm water
  • 2 T butter softened
  • 3 C bread flour
  • ¼ C light brown sugar
  • 2 T ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 ½ tsp. bread machine yeast
  • 1 C raisins

Method
 

  1. Put all the above ingredients in the bread machine bowl (except the raisins). I place mine in the order above. However, I recommend reading your manufacturers directions.
  2. My machine has a dispenser for the raisins. This clicks into my machine so I don’t need to think about them. If you don’t have this, add them in on the “add in” beep.
  3. Select basic white (what I used) or sweet cycle. I would suggest medium or light crust setting (I used medium). Press start and enjoy!
