- In a large mixing bowl, add your mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, ground mustard, salt, and celery seed. Whisk this all together.
- Now, add your sliced apples and lemon juice. Give this a mix.
- Next, add your red cabbage, green cabbage, scallions and grated carrots. Mix it all together till combined.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
