Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb. white American cheese shredded
  • 1 T unsalted butter
  • ¼ C whole milk more if you like your queso a bit thinner
  • 1, 4- ounce can mild green chilies
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground coriander
  • ¼ tsp. ancho chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
