- To your slow cooker, add your beef broth, bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, corn starch, whisk it all together.
- Now, add your steak, peppers, and onions to the slow cooker.
- Place the top on the cooker. Cook on low 6 hours (or high for 3 hours).
- Serve over rice. This is super flavorful and delicious! It’s so good as leftovers.
