Ingredients

  • ¾ C mayonnaise I love Duke’s
  • ¾ C sour cream
  • ¼ to ½ C buttermilk
  • ¼ C packed fresh flat leaf Italian parsley and cilantro (½ of each)
  • 1 T fresh chives
  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ tsp. dried dill
  • 1 T rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add your mayo and sour cream.
  • Finely chop your parsley, cilantro, basil, chives and then add to the bowl.
  • Now, add your minced garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  • Whisk this all together.
  • Add a little buttermilk at a time until you’ve reached your desired consistency. This is so good!
  • Note: This will last in your refrigerator up to a week. If it thickens a bit in your refrigerator, thin it out with a little more buttermilk.
