Ingredients
  

  • ½ head small green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ½ head small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 fuji apple skin on, sliced thin
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 2 scallions sliced thin, whites and greens
  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. celery seed

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add your mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, ground mustard, salt, and celery seed. Whisk this all together.
  2. Now, add your sliced apples and lemon juice. Give this a mix.
  3. Next, add your red cabbage, green cabbage, scallions and grated carrots. Mix it all together till combined.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
