Ingredients
  

Milkshake Ingredients
  • 2 C vanilla ice cream
  • ½ C whole milk
  • ½ C pumpkin puree
  • 1 T light brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Whipped topping optional, recipe below
Whipped Topping Ingredients
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method
 

Milkshake Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender (except the whipped topping).
  2. Blend till combined.
  3. Pour into glasses.
  4. Top with whipped topping and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Enjoy!
Whipped Topping Instructions
  1. Chill your glass or metal bowl.
  2. Pour the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla into the bowl.
  3. If using a stand mixer, use the whisk attachment.
  4. Beat on medium high speed until soft peaks are formed (you can also use a hand mixer).
  5. Note: I don’t like my whipped cream too sweet. You can always add a bit more for your taste.
