Ingredients
- 1 ½ – 2 lbs. flank steak season both sides with kosher salt
- 2 tsp red bell peppers sliced
- 2 T medium sweet onions sliced
- 1 C beef broth
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon
- ¼ C soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T ginger minced
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T brown sugar
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- ¼ C cornstarch
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- To your slow cooker, add your beef broth, bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, corn starch, whisk it all together.
- Now, add your steak, peppers, and onions to the slow cooker.
- Place the top on the cooker. Cook on low 6 hours (or high for 3 hours).
