Ingredients

  • 1 ½ – 2 lbs. flank steak season both sides with kosher salt
  • 2 tsp red bell peppers sliced
  • 2 T medium sweet onions sliced
  • 1 C beef broth
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • ¼ C soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T ginger minced
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ C cornstarch
  • Cooked rice

Instructions

  • To your slow cooker, add your beef broth, bouillon, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic powder, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, corn starch, whisk it all together.
  • Now, add your steak, peppers, and onions to the slow cooker.
  • Place the top on the cooker. Cook on low 6 hours (or high for 3 hours).
  • Serve over rice.
    This is super flavorful and delicious! It’s so good as leftovers.
