Ingredients

  • ½ head small green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ½ head small red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 fuji apple skin on, sliced thin
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 2 scallions sliced thin, whites and greens
  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add your mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, ground mustard, salt, and celery seed. Whisk this all together.
  • Now, add your sliced apples and lemon juice. Give this a mix.
  • Next, add your red cabbage, green cabbage, scallions and grated carrots. Mix it all together till combined.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
